House Rules Please help us keep the home comfortable, safe, and enjoyable for everyone: 1. Shoes Off 👟 Please remove outdoor shoes at the entrance. 2. Quiet Hours 🤫 Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. Please keep noise to a respectful level. 3. No Parties 🚫 Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted. Violations may result in a $500 charge. 4. No Smoking 🚭 Smoking or vaping inside the property is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in a $500 charge. 5. Check-In & Check-Out ⏰ Please follow the times listed on your reservation. Contact us at least 24 hours in advance for any requested changes. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur a $50/hour charge. 6. Registered Guests Only 👥 All overnight guests must be included on the reservation. Unapproved guests may result in a $100 per person, per night charge. 7. Pets 🐾 All pets must be disclosed and approved before arrival. Unauthorized pets may result in a $250 charge. 8. Parking 🚗 Please park in uncovered spaces only. Do not park in covered spaces, on the street, or over the sidewalk. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed. 9. Respect the Home 🏠 Please do not rearrange furniture. Turn off lights when not in use and lock all doors and windows whenever you leave. 10. Longer Stays 🧻 A starter kit of essentials is provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed. 11. Garbage 🗑️ Please place securely tied garbage bags in the designated outdoor dumpsters. 12. Maintenance & Wi-Fi 🔧 Please message us if anything needs attention or if you experience internet issues so we can assist. 13. Security Cameras 📹 Exterior security cameras monitor the property entrance for safety and security. There are no cameras inside the home. 14. Smart TV 📺 Please use your own streaming accounts and remember to log out before check-out. 15. Check-Out Please leave the home in reasonable condition, turn off all lights, and ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked. Please respect our neighbours and follow all rules to help keep it safe and enjoyable for everyone. ⏰ Pool Hours 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM Closed Mondays for maintenance. Hours may change due to maintenance, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Any temporary hours or closures posted by property management take priority. The pool closes at 9:00 PM SHARP unless otherwise posted by management. 👥 Guest Limit Maximum 2 guests per reservation at a time, unless approved in advance. The Airbnb guest who made the reservation is responsible for everyone in their group. 🚫 No Parties or Gatherings Pool parties, large gatherings, excessive noise, and disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited. 🔥 No Grills or Open Flames 🚭 No Smoking or Vaping 🥃 No Glass - Glass bottles, containers, and other glass items are strictly prohibited. 🧹 Clean Up After Yourself. Please dispose of all trash and personal items before leaving. 👶 Children and minors must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. ⚠️ NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY - SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK Please use the pool responsibly and exercise caution at all times. Guests are responsible for their own safety and for children or others under their supervision. Management, property owners, and hosts are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. 🚨 Emergency In an emergency, call 911 immediately. An emergency phone is located outside the pool area toward the fitness center. ⚠️ $250 RULE VIOLATION CHARGE Failure to follow pool hours, occupancy limits, posted community rules, or any of the rules above may result in a $250 charge and/or loss of pool privileges. All posted property-management and community pool rules must be followed at all times. If posted rules differ from these guidelines, the posted rules take priority. 🏋️ Gym Rules The fitness center is a shared community amenity. Please follow all posted gym hours and community rules. 1. Gym Hours ⏰ Please follow all gym hours and rules posted by property management. 2. Clean Equipment 🧼 Please wipe down equipment after use and return weights to their proper place. 3. Use at Your Own Risk ⚠️ Please use all fitness equipment responsibly and at your own risk. 4. Noise 🎧 Keep noise to a minimum and use headphones for personal music. 5. Children & Minors 👥 Please follow all posted age restrictions and supervision requirements. 6. Food & Smoking 🚭 No food, glass containers, smoking, or vaping inside the fitness center. 7. Respect the Facility 🏋️ Please do not misuse or damage equipment and do not allow unauthorized guests into the gym. ⚠️ Violations may result in a $250 charge and/or loss of amenity privileges.
